Pa-Hin Lodge Leadership
Next to the membership itself, the lodge is the most important element in the Order of the Arrow because that is where the program is carried out. But before it can carry out the program, the lodge must be properly organized. (Guide for Officers and Advisers, 2012, p. 7).
Pa-Hin Lodge is led by a group of five youth officers, elected each year at Fall Conclave, plus the previous year's Lodge Chief. Officers serve one year terms from January 1st through December 31st. The lodge also has a number of committees led by a youth committee chairman who is appointed by the Lodge Chief.
The Lodge Executive Committee (LEC) is the steering committee for the lodge. It is comprised of: lodge officers, the lodge operating committee chairmen, the chapter chiefs, and lodge and chapter advisers.
