Lodge Membership Committee

The Membership Committee maintains the lodge membership records. 

Membership Leadership:

  • 2019 Membership Chairman: VACANT
  • Lead Adviser: Kathryn O'Keefe (Chapter 5)

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a permanent record in LodgeMaster of each Lodge member
  2. Work with the Lodge Secretary to continuously update the computerized Lodge mailing list
  3. The permanent record system should be divided into an active and inactive membership list
  4. Check address changes and make appropriate adjustments LodgeMaster
  5. Work with the Lodge Secretary to continuously update the Lodge mailing list through careful checking of dues payment, new ordeal members, new brotherhood members, etc..., and be forwarding this information to the correct people
  6. In November a letter should be mailed out to all active members not having the upcoming year's dues paid to remind them that in January they will lose their current year status if they do not pay
